Delete your data from Enera Solar

Data we hold

Your name, your public profile picture (Facebook and Instagram), the messaging identifier assigned by Meta or your WhatsApp phone number, and the text of your messages. We use them only to answer your enquiry, prepare your solar quote and manage your project.

How to ask us to delete it

1. Send an email to contact@enera-solar.com with the subject “Data protection request”.

2. Tell us the name you use on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp (and your phone number for WhatsApp) and, if you can, the date of your message. We will never ask for your password.

3. We reply with a confirmation code within 3 working days, and we delete the data within 30 days.

4. You can check the status of your request at any time by replying to our email with your confirmation code.

What we delete

We delete the conversation, the stored profile data and the messaging ID from our helpdesk and from our customer database. We may keep data that the law obliges us to keep (for example, invoices and signed contracts if you became a customer); in that case we tell you what we keep and why.

Remove the app’s access on Facebook

You can also remove the app’s access yourself in Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations) → ENERA Brain → Remove.
