We checked Benahavís's current IBI tax ordinance in full: it grants a 50% bonification on the IBI quota in the first year after installation and 25% in the second, for a maximum of two years, with the amount rebated each year capped at 33% of the installation cost. You must apply before 31 December of the year before the tax period you're claiming for, and it isn't available where the installation is legally required. We found no equivalent clause in Benahavís's ICIO construction-tax ordinance, so we don't quote one.
Andalucía does not currently offer a regional IRPF income-tax deduction for solar — we checked the Agencia Tributaria's full list of Andalusian autonomic deductions and none covers renewables or self-consumption, so treat any claim of one with caution.
