Solar incentives and tax breaks in L'Escala
We checked L'Escala's current tax ordinances in full. The IBI ordinance grants a 30% bonification on the IBI quota for the five years following the installation, capped at €350 a year — counted from the year after RAC authorisation, which must post-date 1 July 2023, and installed power must be at least 50% of the maximum contracted power over the previous twelve months. A separate ICIO ordinance grants a 95% bonification, but only where the works' exclusive object is the solar installation — mixed works with other renovation don't qualify.
