That pattern changes the maths a normal full-time household doesn't face — a system here earns its keep mainly through net-billing exports during the months the house sits empty, with the heaviest self-consumption (pool pump, air-conditioning) concentrated into the weeks the owners are actually present.

We checked Begur's current tax ordinances in full. The IBI ordinance grants a 50% bonification on the IBI quota for the three tax years following the installation, capped at €300 a year — the cap, not the 50% headline, is what determines what most owners actually receive. The application must be filed before 31 December, and the property must not be outside planning compliance. A separate ICIO ordinance grants a 50% bonification, applied only to the part of the works budget for the solar installation and refunded after municipal technicians verify the finished works.
Catalunya does not currently offer a regional IRPF income-tax deduction for solar — we checked the Agencia Tributaria's full list of Catalan autonomic deductions and none covers renewables or self-consumption. Enera prepares the certificates and applications for both the IBI and ICIO bonifications on your behalf.
