What does a solar installation cost in Vera?

Solar incentives and tax breaks in Vera
We checked Vera's current IBI tax ordinance in full: it grants a 10% bonification on the IBI quota for three years — a modest rate, and one ENERA states plainly rather than rounding up. A later ordinance change (2024) altered tax rates only and left this solar clause untouched, so it remains current. We found no equivalent solar clause in Vera's ICIO construction-tax ordinance, so we don't quote one.
Andalucía does not currently offer a regional IRPF income-tax deduction for solar — we checked the Agencia Tributaria's full list of Andalusian autonomic deductions and none covers renewables or self-consumption. ENERA prepares the certificate you need to claim the IBI bonification and tells you honestly what does and doesn't apply to your property, rather than overstating a modest local discount.
How much can you save on electricity in Vera?
