BASIC INFORMATION
During the order process, you can see the terms and cost of delivery. All prices are final, include all taxes and cannot be changed later.
During the order process, we suggest you choose available, guaranteed delivery options, depending on your location and availability of goods.
You can also select your preferred delivery time during the order process. In case of impossibility or delay, the manager will notify you of the changes in advance and agree on the new date and time.

If you did not specify a preferred date and time at the time of order, the standard delivery terms will be used. If the page does not specify the terms of delivery or delivery is not possible – this means that the terms of delivery must be specified separately.

Delivery Time: 9: 00 to 21: 00 h. Monday to Friday **
* depending on availability and shipping address, you can have between 10 and 14 business days.
** for some options, it is also applicable to the delivery on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 to 21:00.
*** Customs fees are paid by the Buyer separately when processing goods at customs (for example, for the Balearic Islands, Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla).
